Mark Allan Trebatoski, age 66, died unexpectedly on Tuesday February 5th in Marshfield, WI. Mark was born March 17, 1952, in Stevens Point to the late Walter J. and Regina M. (Knitter) Trebatoski. He attended St .Stanislaus Elementary and graduated from Pacelli High School with the class of 1970. After attending UWSP, Mark moved to Kenosha where he was employed by American Motors for several years. Mark moved back to Stevens Point where he built a home on the Wisconsin River. He worked for many years in the real estate business and was currently employed as a potato inspector.

Mark was a member of the local Moose Lodge and volunteered as a Big Brother.

Throughout his lifetime Mark enjoyed many canine companions, vegetable gardening, listening to music and watching movies from his large personal library. He also enjoyed bird feeding and spending time with family and friends.

Mark is survived by his brother James Trebatoski and his wife Elizabeth Zenk of Iola. He is also survived by step-siblings Vera Yndestad of Hudson, WI, Jack Kinney, and Bonnie Koback of Stevens Point, his uncle Ray Kenowski of Amherst, along with many cousins, friends and his beloved Scottish Terrier, Dewee.

Preceding Mark in death were his grandparents, parents, aunts and uncles, stepmother Matilda (Tillie) Kinney Trebatoski and several cousins and friends.

Shuda Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. A celebration of Mark's life will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Portage Co. Humane Society or your favorite shelter or charity.
